Polyspect Terms of Service

These Polyspect terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polyspect website and software (the "Service") operated by Polyspect ("Polyspect," "we," "us"). Polyspect is operated by an individual (a sole operator), not a registered company, based in Ukraine. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may reference additional policies, such as our risk disclosure, which form part of these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of prediction-market analytics and copy-trading tools is permitted under the laws that apply to you.

4. Plans and billing

Polyspect offers a Free plan (politics category, up to three virtual paper wallets, no live trading) and a Pro plan at $50 per 30-day period (every category, up to 30 wallets, live real-money copy trading, and all filters and exports). Details are listed on the pricing page.

  1. Pro is billed in advance for each 30-day period, is payable in cryptocurrency, and does not auto-renew — you choose when to pay for the next period.
  2. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Billing, Payments & Refund Policy. In short: Pro does not auto-renew, and you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, reviewed case by case.
  3. Access to Pro features ends when a paid period expires and is not renewed.
  4. We may change plan features or pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not scrape or resell our data beyond permitted exports, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent plan limits, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You further confirm that you are not located in, and are not a resident or national of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive economic sanctions, and that you are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list. You will not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

6. Service provided "as is"; no warranty of profit

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics, rankings, or copy-trading feature will be profitable. Prediction-market trading carries a real risk of loss, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Not financial advice

Polyspect is an analytics and automation tool, not a broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Learn how our rankings are built on the methodology page, and understand each metric on the trader metrics page before acting on it. All decisions are your own.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyspect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. No affiliation with Polymarket

Polyspect is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. We rely solely on Polymarket's public APIs; we have no inside access. "Polymarket" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third parties, including Polymarket's public APIs, blockchain networks, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

Polyspect is operated from Ukraine, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We try to resolve every dispute informally first — before taking any other step, please contact support@polyspect.net and we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair outcome. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
