Polyspect Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Polyspect ("Polyspect," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use polyspect.net and our analytics and copy-trading services. Polyspect is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Polymarket.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to run your account and the product:

• Account data — the email address and username you register with. If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your basic Google profile (email and name) to create or match your account.
• Security data — two-factor authentication (2FA) settings and verification status, plus session records so you can stay signed in.
• Wallet addresses you add — public Polymarket wallet addresses you choose to track, compare, or copy. These are public on-chain identifiers; we do not request or store your private keys for read-only tracking.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, filters applied, and basic device and log information to keep the service reliable and to improve it.
• Cookies — strictly for sessions and core functionality (see below).

Trader rankings and copy signals are built from Polymarket's public APIs. That public market and trade data is not personal data about you.

How we use your data

• To create and secure your account, including 2FA and email verification.
• To deliver the product — leaderboards, the side-by-side trader comparison, virtual (paper) and live copy trading, and your selected filters and exports.
• To process Pro subscription payments through our payment processor.
• To send service and account notifications, and optional alerts you enable.
• To measure how the product is used and improve it, through aggregate analytics (Google Analytics).
• To detect abuse, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Payments and Polymarket data

Pro payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and plan status; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Public Polymarket data is fetched from Polymarket's APIs and is governed by Polymarket's own terms — see how Polymarket works for context.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences; these session cookies are required for the app to function. We also use Google Analytics (a Google service) to understand how the site is used — for example pages viewed, approximate location, and device type — so we can improve the product. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this usage data on our behalf; see the Google privacy policy for details. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell your data. You can clear cookies in your browser or use a tool that blocks analytics; clearing session cookies will sign you out.

Security measures

We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and isolation of sensitive material. For live copy trading, signing keys are isolated to the trading worker and are never exposed to the web interface by design. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Read more on our security and key custody page.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Public Polymarket data may be retained as part of historical analytics.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you may close your account. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Third parties

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example, hosting, our payment processor, email delivery, authentication (Google OAuth), and analytics (Google Analytics). These providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Children

Polyspect is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in their country of residence). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
